Bobby G. Bible, Stotts City, MO - Obituary: Bobby G. Bible, 86, Stotts City, died Tuesday, April 10, 2012, at his home.  He was born Jan. 9, 1926, near Stella to Robert and Lorena (Housman) Bible.

     He served in the United States Navy during World War II and was a retired fireman and conductor on the railroad.  He married Joyce Clouse March 25, 1977, in Wentworth.  She Survives.

     Additional survivors include four sons, Robert Bible, Mt. Vernon, Darrell Clouse, Seneca, MO, Dale Clouse, Kansas City, Mo and Ivan Curtin Bible, Pierce City, MO; four daughters Brenda Bible and Vicky Morgan, both of Stotts City, Connie Chapman, Waverly, Kan. and Sherry Grey, Neosho, MO; one sister, Mary England, Joplin, MO, two brothers Carl Bible and Richard Bible, both of Joplin, MO; 11 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

     He was preceded in death by his first wife, Helen, in 1976; one daughter, Phyllis Bible; and one brother, Artie Bible.

     Services were April 13 at the Church of the Nazarene in Monett with Pastor Chris Carver officiating.  Burial was in the Rocky Comfort Cemetery in Rocky Comfort, under the direction of Lakin Funeral Home, Pierce City, MO.
